I guarantee that your dog/puppy is in good health to the best of my knowledge on the day you pick it up. All puppies will have been on a regular worming schedule and will be up to date on their shots/vaccinations.

Because puppies can be exposed to, and are susceptible to, any number of illnesses or diseases, I strongly advise that you not take your new puppy around other dogs or public places until it has had its full schedule of shots/vaccinations.

You agree to have your puppy examined by your personal veterinarian within 72 hours (excluding Sundays or holidays). If your vet finds the puppy unfit for sale during those 72 hours or finds an unforeseen congenital abnormality, return the puppy along with is registration papers and I will either refund your money or allow you to pick out a different puppy if one is available. Failure to have your puppy examined within 72 hours nullifies and voids any guarantee or warranty.

"Unfit for sale" means any disease, deformity, injury, physical condition, or illness which severely affects the health of the animal or which was manifested, capable of diagnosis, or likely to have been contracted on or before the sale and delivery of the puppy to the buyer.

All deposits are non-refundable unless the puppy is determined to be unfit for sale. 

Internal/external parasites are not included in this guarantee and neither Copperhead Hill Beagles nor myself are responsible for any expenses incurred once the dog/puppy leaves our premises unless otherwise stated in writing.

Copperhead Hill Beagles can not and does not guarantee the size your puppy will grow to be, its coat length, its coat color, or any other condition dealing with appearance, temperament, or hunting/show ability.

I do not knowingly sell to pet stores, puppy brokers, puppy mills, research facilities or similar institutions and the purchaser agrees to never sell or give this dog to any pet store, puppy broker, puppy mill, research facility or similar institution.

Copperhead Hill Beagles agrees to take back this dog for any reason, for the life of the dog, without refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time.

All understandings between the parties are incorporated in this agreement. 

Its terms are intended by the parties as final and an exclusive expression of their agreement with respect to its subject matter, and may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior agreement or contemporaneous oral agreement.

I have read and discussed the Sales Agreement and Health Guarantee and clearly understand and agree to the conditions of the sale.
